Whether it's walking alongside individuals battling addiction, supporting families through crisis, or simply being a safe space for someone who feels forgotten, we exist to reflect the love and mercy of Jesus to every person who walks through our doors.

Meet the Pastor
About Pastor Gilbert Angeles
For the past 25 years, Pastor Gilbert Angeles has faithfully served as the Lead Pastor of World Victory Center, pouring his heart into sharing the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ. But his journey to the pulpit is nothing short of a miracle.
In his younger years, Pastor Gilbert struggled with a life marked by addiction, alcohol abuse, and poor choices that eventually led him to prison. Lost, broken, and without direction, it was behind those prison walls that he had a life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit. That moment became the turning point that transformed his heart and set him on a new path—a path of restoration, purpose, and calling.
Since that day, Pastor Gilbert has dedicated his life to helping others experience the same freedom he found. He has spent years mentoring men and women walking through addiction, offering not just counsel but compassion rooted in his own story. Whether it’s supporting families in crisis, praying with someone in their lowest moment, or teaching the Word with passion and humility, his ministry is marked by authenticity and grace.
Pastor Gilbert now stands as a living testimony of God’s redeeming power. He is a proud and loving grandfather, and alongside his wife, Rosario Angeles, continues to serve the church with joy. Together, they have become spiritual parents to many, leading with love, wisdom, and a deep desire to see lives transformed by God—just like his was.
